Refund Policy

CHANGE OF MIND REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

All Sooochi sales are final and due to health and hygiene we are unable to accept change of mind refunds, returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully  and review product information of items you are purchasing before checkout is complete. Returns are not eligible for normal wear & tear, or rough handling and/or incorrect use of our products. Unfortunately we can not guarantee our products will be stain-proof for all food any of our silicone products come into contact with and will not be able to provide refund or exchange on any stained products. With Silicone colouring there may be some slight colour discrepancies, and therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges due to slight colour differences. Please note that silicone suction does not work on most wooden or textured surfaces and we will not approve requests for refunds or returns due to this reason.

FAULTY RETURNS

If there are any issues with the goods you receive please drop us an email at info@sooochi.com within 14 days of receipt of goods with your order number, the products you’d like to exchange or return clearly specified, details of the issue then you can return your order to us for inspection. Sooochi reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether returned products are rejected or approved. If Sooochi deems your return successful we will process your refund (this will not include P&P costs and you, as the customer, will take responsibility for loss or any damage that may occur in transit). If you have requested a refund on an order which includes a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount that has been paid.

Please note that returns can take 3 workings days to process & then a further 7-10 days for the money to appear in your bank account depending on your payment provider.
